Green River Distilling Co., “The Whiskey Without Regrets”, has announced the release of a new Kentucky Straight Wheated Single Barrel Bourbon.
Whilst a limited number of bottles are available to the public, Green River is offering 100 barrels for purchase to on and off-premise retailers. Each retailer can hand-select their barrel for bottling on-site at the distillery. There is a choice between the brand’s high-rye recipe and the wheated mash bill.

Green River Kentucky Straight Wheated Single Barrel Bourbon
The Green River Kentucky Straight Wheated Single Barrel Bourbon is distilled from a mash bill comprising 70% corn, 21% wheat, and 9% malted barley. After being matured for a minimum of five years, the bourbon is bottled at barrel proof – between 110 and 130 proof. Each barrel is unique and offers a distinct flavor profile, with Green River’s rich, full-proof flavor being a hallmark of each expression.

A limited number of bottles will be available to the general public beginning February 13th, 2025, exclusively at the Green River Distillery gift ship (Owensboro, KY), as well as the Bardstown Bourbon Co. Distillery and Tasting Room. The bourbon has an SRP of $59.99.
