Tickets are now on sale for a charity bourbon raffle hosted by the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) Central Kentucky Chapter, featuring 10 premium prizes led by a bottle of Double Eagle Very Rare 20 Year. The raffle runs through August 26, 2026, with proceeds supporting veterans and military families in the region.
Double Eagle Very Rare is a 20-year-old bourbon crafted in limited quantities by Buffalo Trace Distillery. The expression is double the age of the distillery’s standard Eagle Rare 10-year.

Each bottle is encased in a silver box and crystal decanter adorned with two sculpted crystal glass eagles. Very few bottles were produced, with an individually-numbered letter of authenticity included with each.
Bonus prizes include an Eagle Rare BTAC 17 year, two bottles of Eagle Rare 12 year and six bottles of Eagle Rare 10 year.

Buffalo Trace, based in Frankfort, Kentucky, is owned by the Sazerac Company. The distillery’s Antique Collection (BTAC) is among the most sought-after annual bourbon releases in the US.
Proceeds from the raffle will support the VAREP Central Kentucky Chapter’s work to promote sustainable homeownership, financial literacy and VA loan awareness for military personnel and veterans.

The raffle is presented in partnership with Elizabethtown-based nonprofit Give 270. The organization launched bourbonraffles.org in 2024 to expand fundraising opportunities for a broader range of nonprofits and community initiatives.
Officially titled Bourbon Raffles Serial No. 012, the drawing will take place live on Give 270’s Facebook page and YouTube channel on Wednesday, August 26, at 8pm. It follows Give 270’s weekly Whiskey Wednesdays raffle.
Tickets are priced at $100 each. A total of 500 tickets are available, with no limit on purchases per individual, subject to availability.
Tickets remain on sale until 7pm on the day of the drawing.
