
Running from January 23rd through 25th, the open-fire dining experience will be led by Ana Ortiz, an Ecuadorian chef, who will prepare delicious food rooted in her cultural heritage. Also on offer will be curated cocktails featuring whiskies from Chivas Brothers’ extensive portfolio, including The Glenlivet.
The Linn House Burns Night Supper Series
Hosted at Linn House, nestled on the banks of the River Isla in Keith, Speyside will offer dinner experiences from Thursday, January 23rd through to January 25th. The dining experience starts of £75 per head. Those wishing to extend their stay can book a hospitality package, with double rooms starting at £195 per night, including breakfast.
Sitting around the open fire, guests will be treated to an Ecuadorian twist on the traditional Burns Night supper by chef and Fire Made co-founder, Ana Ortiz. Ortiz is a renowned specialist in fire cooking, and will bring her rich culinary heritage to life for her Linn House residency.

The night will also feature music and “Burns style surprises”, ensuring that guests will experience a night like no other.

What Is Burns Night?
