Ember is now available online and via select retailers across Illinois, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Virginia. The suggested retail price is $129.99.

Blue Run Ember is bottled at 128.8 proof (64.4% ABV) , offering a powerful and warming ABV that highlights the soothing notes of “orange and floral notes […] dry cinnamon, honey and wood spice.”
“Ember is the perfect flavor profile to complement the cooler temperatures of winter,” said Shaylyn Gammon, Head of Whiskey Development & Innovation for Blue Run Spirits. “When crafting this batch, I was inspired by the contrast of hot and cold, and purposefully selected three unique barrels of high proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon to achieve a nuanced, 128.8 proof blend that amplifies the char and wood spice notes without the heat.”
