Binder’s Stash has announced a major strategic partnership with Kentucky’s iconic Willett Distillery. This collaboration unites Binder’s Stash’s innovative approach with Willett’s nearly 90-year legacy of whiskey excellence.

The partnership grants Binder’s Stash exclusive access to Willett’s prized inventory, including experimental mashbills and limited barrel selections. Additionally, the brand will leverage Willett’s advanced bottling facilities and extensive distribution network spanning domestic and international markets.

Binder’s Stash Sourcing Opportunities From Willett Distillery

The collaboration provides Binder’s Stash with unprecedented opportunities to source rare and experimental whiskeys from one of Kentucky’s most respected independent distilleries. Founded in 1936 in Bardstown, Kentucky, Willett Distillery has maintained its commitment to aging and bottling every whiskey on-site throughout its distinguished history.

“This one-of-a-kind partnership with Willett marks a turning point for Binder’s Stash,” said Bill Binder, Founder of Binder’s Stash. “We’ve built our reputation by sourcing and releasing some of the most distinctive American whiskeys in the country, but Willett represents a different level: generational expertise, uncompromising quality, and a legacy that elevates everything it touches. Together, we’re setting a new bar for what American whiskey can be.”

Binder’s Stash has established itself as a disruptive force in American whiskey through its focus on rare-aged barrels and bold flavor profiles. The brand has earned recognition including Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and Double Platinum at the 2025 ASCOT Awards.

Expanding Distribution and Production Capabilities

Beyond inventory access, the partnership enhances Binder’s Stash’s operational capacity through Willett’s state-of-the-art bottling operations. This infrastructure upgrade supports the brand’s ambitious growth plans while maintaining quality standards.

Drew Kulsveen, Willett Distillery Master Distiller, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration. “We are excited to work with Bill and his incredibly bold brand, Binder’s Stash,” Kulsveen said. “This partnership sets the stage for future opportunities and represents a bold step forward in expanding the boundaries of what’s possible in the world of aged whiskey. This limited relationship allows us to support a partner that shares our dedication to quality, innovation, and the future of American Whiskey.”

The alliance represents a strategic move for both companies, combining Binder’s Stash’s design-forward approach with Willett’s traditional craftsmanship. Willett Distillery continues operations from its original Bardstown location, where the family began construction in 1936 on the site of their former hog farm.
