The Kavalan 15 Years Old Single Malt Whisky 2025 Edition marks a significant evolution for the award-winning distillery. Bottled at 43% ABV, this release pays tribute to the day in 2006 when the first drops of Taiwanese-made new make spirit flowed from Kavalan’s stills.

Only 30,000 bottles will be available globally, representing some of the distillery’s rarest ultra-aged stock produced in Taiwan’s challenging subtropical climate.
“We wanted to achieve extraordinary depth and balance with multiple layers of complexity befitting of a high-age statement whisky,” said CEO Mr YT Lee. “So we created a formula based on a four-cask maturation that would maximize the characteristics of each cask and achieve a rich harmony in the final product.”
Four-Cask Innovation
What distinguishes this limited release is its unique four-cask maturation process. Master blenders at Kavalan have hand-selected aged whisky reserves from ex-Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry, Ruby Port, and Puncheon casks to create a complex profile.

The Kavalan 15 Years Old Single Malt Whisky 2025 Edition will be available through official Kavalan channels in Taiwan, including the Kavalan Distillery Shop, Kavalan Whisky shops, Kavalan Whisky Bar, and select local liquor stores. International availability details are expected to follow.
