Seattle-based 2BAR Spirits has launched a new gift pack for whiskey enthusiasts just in time for Christmas. Partnering with an award-winning chocolate maker, 2BAR has put together a boozy, sweet-toothed pack containing 2BAR bourbon, chocolate bitters, and delicious bourbon chocolate.
Available online beginning November 15th, 2024, the 2BAR Whiskey + Chocolate Lovers Gift Pack will retail for $82.95 plus shipping.

The new gift pack contains:
- 2BAR Spirits Chocolate Bitters made in collaboration with award-winning Seattle-based chocolate makers, Spinnaker Chocolate.
- 2BAR Bottled in Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
- Spinnaker’s Belize with Bourbon Chocolate Bar is crafted with 2BAR’s Bottled in Bond whiskey and Maya Mountain Belize cacao.

In addition to indulgent chocolates, purchasers will also receive a bottle of 2BAR’s Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon Whiskey. Distilled exclusively from Washington grains, the whiskey’s tasting notes include “butterscotch, vanilla, cherry, chocolate and a long honey finish.”

As Maddie Kelly expressed, the 2BAR Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon and the 2BAR Chocolate bitters marry together to make a perfectly sippable Chocolate Old Fashioned. The cocktail recipe is as follows:

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 dashes 2BAR Chocolate Bitters
- 1 teaspoon water
- 2 ounces 2BAR Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon Whiskey (or rye whiskey, if preferred)
- Orange twist for garnish
Method:
Add the sugar and bitters to a mixing glass, then add the water and stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved. Fill the mixing glass with ice, add the bourbon, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Express the oil of an orange twist over the glass, then drop it into the glass to garnish.
