Scotland’s Glencadam Distillery

recently launched a limited-edition, 15-year-old Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky. They call it the Reserva de Jerez.

A statement from the Highland distiller notes that this expression is limited to 9,420 individually-numbered bottles, and the Oloroso Sherry cask single malt clocks in at 46% ABV at its natural color.

Crafted by Master Distiller Robert Fleming, the Glencadam Reserva de Jerez uses whisky distilled in 2007, selected from Glencadam’s dunnage warehouses. It was initially matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks, then finished in hand-selected Oloroso Sherry butts that come from Jerez, Spain.
