Ingredients
2oz Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon Whiskey
1oz Fresh Lemon Juice (1 large lemon)
1oz Cranberry Sauce (jellied)
1 Egg White
2 to 4 Small Sage Leaves
Aromatic Bitters
Steps to Make
Separate egg white from the shell and set aside for recipe. *Note should be at room temperature.
Squeeze lemon with juicer or press and strain through fine mesh strainer, setting aside correct measurement for the recipe.
Add all ingredients into large tin of the shaker minus bitters and sage leaves.
Add ice and place small tin over large and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain using hawthorne strainer into the small tin side of shaker and dump ice out.
Return contents to large tin and again shake without ice vigorously for another 20 seconds for maximum frothiness.
Strain into old fashioned glass and add several drops of bitters, use pick to create a pattern and add sage leaves to complete design.
Note: You can use whole berry cranberry sauce if you like, its all about personal preference.
