Ingredients
1 1/2oz Suntory Toki Japanese Whisky
1/2oz Giffard Blue Curaçao
1/2oz Giffard Caribbean Pineapple Liqueur
1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4oz Demerara Syrup (Simple syrup made with Demerara sugar)
Pineapple Sage or Mint Sprig, and a Lemon Wheel for garnish.
Steps to Make
Squeeze 1 Large Lemon with press and strain with fine mesh strainer, set aside correct measurement for recipe.
Add all ingredients to large half of shaker tin and add ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Fill glass with crushed ice to top.
Strain using hawthorne strainer into glass and garnish with Pineapple Sage or Mint sprig.
