If Wild Turkey bourbon is your whiskey of choice, and you happen to live in or near one of the cities listed below, you’ll want to take note of the recently kicked off Wild Turkey #Nevertamed Bourbon bus tour the distillery is up to. It includes the ability to meet up with the famed Russells, master distillers of Wild Turkey lore.

This bus tour, according to Wild Turkey, kicked off in Dallas, Texas on April 3 at the Deep Ellum Arts Festival. The 50 foot bus being used in this road adventure is described as being a mini replica of the distillery’s visitor center in Kentucky. Highlights include a mobile bar and lounge featuring special cocktails, as well as a “tasting room” where visitors can sample whiskies while being educated about taste, smell, color and maturation.

Special appearances throughout the tour will be made by Wild Turkey’s Jimmy and Eddy Russell who, between the two of them, have a combined 95 years of bourbon making experience. Focus will also be put upon three new whiskies being brought to market, including Wild Turkey Master’s Keep, Russell’s Reserve Single Barrel Rye and Russell’s Reserve 1998.

The bus, having departed Dallas, will next make its way to “the Kentucky Derby, where it will have a major presence at Kroger’s Fest-a-Ville, April 24 – May 1. Additional tour stops include New Orleans, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Chicago,” among others.
