Hirsch Selected Whiskeys

recently announced the release of its latest expression, The Bivouac Kentucky Straight Bourbon.

A bivouac (pronounced “be-voo-ak”) is sort of a temporary camp, which a statement from Hirsch explains that’s a way of travel only meant for those who want to truly immerse themselves in nature.

The new bourbon expression is meant to honor the original Hirsch trailblazer, A.H. Hirsch, an American whiskey pioneer.
