READ THE STORYThe Kings County Distillery – Whiskey Notes: Tasting and Distilling Logbook, printed for the distillery by Abrams Books and authored by Kings County co-founders Colin Spoelman and David Haskell, is described as a set of journals inside a nice slip cover which include “a hardcover journal with guided pages for tasting notes, a slim notebook with work sheets for the home distiller, and a fold-out poster of the American Whiskey Family Tree.”
While at first glance I like all of what this set has to offer, the map seems particularly cool, as when you open it up you see a good visual representation of which bourbon brands are associated with which producers (this poster, BTW, is also available in what looks to be a larger format directly from Kings County).
